We know many of our members have been experiencing challenges using CREA WEBForms®. We also know this can hinder their ability to conduct day-to-day operations and sometimes leads to frustration.
On behalf of CREA and Lonewolf, we want to apologize for the inconvenience. Please rest assured we are continuously working to improve this multi-faceted platform and are committed to resolving any issues that arise. We are striving to make WEBForms® a reliable transaction management system and understand it’s essential for your business.
We have created a hub to be more transparent about the solutions and improvements in progress. This hub will also show past changes and improvements that have been implemented to date by Lonewolf. We encourage you to bookmark this page as it will be updated regularly with the status of these fixes.
Improvements made to date
Improved: Forms Formatting and auto-population
In consultation with members from various regions, we have implemented hundreds of adjustments to multiple forms applicable to our diverse users. To see all completed form fixes, click here.
Resolved: MLS® AUTO-POPULATION ERROR
Listings are now auto populated into forms seamlessly.
COVID-19 FORMS
Integrate COVID-19 related forms such as the Coronavirus Statement and Consent form into your transactions.
Resolved: Auto Page Numbering
Pages are now numbered automatically instead of requiring manual entry.
Improved: Variety of E-Signature Providers
E-signature options have been expanded to include six platforms, with the most recent addition being Velocity E-Signature.
Available for TRREB: Listing Uploads
A listing upload feature has been enabled for the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board and will become available for other boards and associations.
Improved: Download and Edit Forms and Fields
Forms are available to download and edit offline. All fields are editable, including fields on FINTRAC forms.
Improved: Font Re-sizing Issues
Improvements are continually being made to mitigate font re-sizing issues when forms are printed or emailed.
Resolved: Limited amount of text on forms
New pages are now automatically added to the bottom of the form to fit any overflow text.
Resolved: Out-of-date forms disabled
Old forms are now automatically compatible with the new versions.
Software enhancements in progress
Availability of Listing Uploads Feature
Listing uploads from WEBForms® to MLS Systems® will become available for several boards and associations.
Improvements to Form Editor
We are enhancing the Form Editor to make it easier to insert clauses throughout documents. Autosave will be enabled to ensure your forms stay up to date as you work. Improvements are continually being made to reduce resizing differences on forms.
Improvements to Clause Manager
Date and time pickers will be available to insert directly into clauses, and clauses copied from an external source will maintain previous formatting.
Improvements to platform appearance and navigation
The overall appearance of the platform, including some icons, will be improved to be make navigating the system more intuitive.

We continue to work through form programming and formatting issues as they are raised by members. If you encounter an issue with a specific form, please email support@crea.ca with the details.
