A REALTOR® won’t just help you buy a house, they’ll help you find a home.

Our Current Campaign:
“Welcome Home”

Following years of running “Canadianized” versions of commercials produced by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), in 2006, we launched our own ad campaign based on a unique strategy developed for the Canadian marketplace.

These campaigns target Canadians and highlight the value of using a REALTOR® for what is likely the largest transaction of their lives. Months of work and research go into developing each campaign and they include a mix of different platforms to help extend our reach.

This year’s campaign is centered around the emotional significance of purchasing a home, the role a REALTOR® plays in the buying journey, and how they help find the unique, often intangible elements that make a house feel like home. The campaign was developed with UNION Creative (DonorNorth), the award-winning ad agency we’ve worked with for many years, in partnership with CREA’s National Ad Campaign Committee.
