Larry Cerqua

Larry Cerqua was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, and has been a REALTOR® for more than 42 years. In 1987, Larry became a broker and is currently a broker/manager for RE/MAX Ultimate Realty Inc. In 2007, Larry began his journey as a volunteer leader in the REALTOR® association community. Since then, he’s held positions on the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB), the Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA) and the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA), most notably as the 2023-2024 Chair. During this time, Larry has had the opportunity to serve on many volunteer committees and task forces. Larry has also made significant contributions to the profession’s educational requirements as an OREA REI-designated instructor since 1988 and has also contributed valuable input for the New Trust in Real Estate Services Act (TRESA). No matter what Larry’s role or position is, he’s a firm believer in open two-way communication with all stakeholders. He believes it’s crucial for CREA’s Board of Directors to work together to strengthen the REALTOR® brand by improving our value to consumers through professionalism for the benefit of all members.
