Phil Moore was a police officer in Vancouver, British Columbia from 1981 to 1989 before becoming a REALTOR® more than 34 years ago. He served as a director on the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver’s (REBGV) Board of Directors for nine years, including as President and spokesperson in 2018. Phil has served as a Director at Large on CREA’s Board of Directors since 2019. During this time, he has also chaired both the REALTOR® Code Committee (2019-2020) and the Audit and Risk Management Committee (2021-2023). He has also served on various other committees and task forces for CREA, the British Columbia Real Estate Association and REBGV over the years. Phil recently achieved his Institute of Corporate Directors ICD.D designation with the University of Toronto’s Director education program.
