Balancing Human and Artificial Intelligence in Real Estate
How to listen to the latest episode of the REAL TIME podcast.

Real estate is an inherently human-forward business. The value of personal connections and community will never go away. But with artificial intelligence (AI) now available with the click of a button, REALTORS® have the tools to grow their business and save time in some areas so they can invest in others.
Sean Provencher, a REALTOR®, founder of Endgame Coaching, and supporter of incorporating AI into everyday business, joins the REAL TIME podcast to share his experience on how AI has helped his business thrive, strategies he uses, and how REALTORS® can embrace this emerging technology in a responsible way.
The conversation starts out by talking about some topics that aren’t very AI at all, really. What’s that? How important the human connection is and will continue to be in real estate.
Provencher highlights what brought him into AI, which is ultimately a lot of interactions with other people. Coaching people. Helping people buy homes. Networking with people, and so on.
We're entrepreneurial, we want to be around people, we want to be helping people. We have this natural craving for being part of something. Usually that centers around our community. That's why so many times you see REALTORS® who create these amazing charitable efforts and stuff like that, or lead groups in their local communities.”

So, what got Provencher into AI?
He’s just a “regular guy” who started using AI in his career and found lots of ways to make his life easier and wants to share that knowledge with the communities he’s a part of.
He continues to discuss possible use cases for REALTORS® interested in incorporating AI, starting with the most basic of applications and then expanding on some of the more “advanced” ways to use these tools.
What Provencher stresses throughout the conversation is how important maintaining that human connection is – and how REALTORS® should see AI as a tool that allows them to do that more, not less.
To hear exactly what Provencher’s advice is to REALTORS®, we invite you to listen to the full conversation he had with the REAL TIME host, Shaun Majumder. A transcript of the episode is also available on CREA.ca.
…what I think smart agents are going to do is they're going to allow AI to take things off their plate, and they're going to reinvest that time into the human to human connection.”
