Enhance Client Relationships by Learning Business Etiquette Strategies

eLearning available via the CREA Learning Hub.

Not every real estate agent is a REALTOR®. As a REALTOR®, you’re a member of the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA), provide competent, professional service, and adhere to a Code of Ethics that protects clients, the public and other REALTORS®.

As a member of CREA, you have access to CREA’s Learning Hub which provides free and paid courses, tailored to the REALTOR® community.

One course, REALTOR® Etiquette, is designed to enhance your professionalism skills and client interactions. This course explores etiquette that’s often taken for granted as industry best practices.

In less than two hours, REALTORS® will learn about essential interpersonal skills and best practices for maintaining professionalism and effective communication throughout the home buying journey.

By the end of this course, you’ll be able to:

  • understand the meaning of etiquette and its importance throughout real estate transactions;
  • identify key practices and considerations for maintaining professionalism;
  • demonstrate proper conduct for booking, preparing, and conducting property showings;
  • apply effective communication and feedback techniques to maintain trust and high standards of client services;
  • explain best practices for offers and closing day procedures, including managing expectations; and
  • enhance collaboration skills to strengthen REALTOR® partnerships for mutual client success.
