How can I make sure I’ve priced my listing correctly?
With the MLS® Home Price Index (HPI) you can accurately analyze home price trends from the national level all the way down to your local neighbourhood. The MLS® HPI tracks changes in home prices over time, providing you with the insights you need to validate and revise your pricing recommendations, anticipate market changes, and compare home prices. You can also access information such as neighbourhood, property type, recent renovations, date of previous sale and selling price to give you a more accurate picture of a home’s worth with the handy price estimator tool.
REALTOR.ca is great, but how can I get my listings in front of even more people?
We know today’s home buyer visits multiple websites in their real estate journey, and not always real estate websites. For consumer insights, check out the REALTOR.ca Insights Report to see how your potential clients are using REALTOR.ca. Using the REALTOR.ca Local Insights section, you can filter by location to discover how people in the areas you care about are using REALTOR.ca. You can also add popular and relevant keywords to your listing descriptions to attract interested home buyers to your listings.

It’s not an accident our office is located just south of Parliament Hill. We routinely work with federal cabinet ministers, Members of Parliament, parliamentary committees and senior officials, both directly and through our Political Action Committee (PAC) and grassroots network of REALTORS® on initiatives that benefit our members and strengthen the housing market in Canada.
