Linnea Vandenberghe

Linnea Vandenberghe is a wife, a mother of two and a proud New Brunswicker who believes in the power of civic engagement to build stronger, more inclusive communities. A REALTOR® since 2018, she brings integrity, hard work, and thoughtful leadership to everything she does—whether serving her clients or her profession.

Raised by parents who own a respected construction company and a father who served many years on local and provincial boards for the Home Builders Association, Linnea developed a strong foundation in housing and a deep appreciation for the value of service. Before becoming a REALTOR®, she worked in facilities management and direct sales—experiences that shaped her practical, client-focused approach.

Linnea’s volunteer journey in the REALTOR® community began with the Saint John Real Estate Board, where she served as Director, Treasurer, and Vice President before the province’s boards amalgamated in 2024. She has chaired both the REALTORS Care® and Technology Committees locally, served on the Board Amalgamation Committee and has contributed to New Brunswick Real Estate Association’s (NBREA) Standard Forms Committee since 2022. Nationally, she was appointed to CREA’s Finance Committee in 2024 as well as CREA's Governance and Bylaws Committee in 2025.
