Jennifer Lucas is a licensed REALTOR® specializing in both residential and commercial real estate. She holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of Alberta and is widely recognized for her professionalism, governance expertise, and longstanding commitment to advancing the real estate industry.
Jennifer is the past Chair of the REALTORS® Association of Edmonton and has served extensively at the local, provincial and national levels of organized real estate. Her leadership includes chairing key committees such as Governance, Audit and Government Relations in Edmonton, contributing to the Government Relations committee at the Alberta Real Estate Association (AREA), and serving multiple terms on the Federal Affairs Committee at the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA). She is also a hearing panel member for the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA), where she supports the regulator's mandate to uphold professional standards and consumer protection.
In addition to her industry leadership, Jennifer has contributed to curriculum development for provincial real estate education and has instructed new professionals entering the field. Her commitment to service extends beyond real estate; she is a former president of her local Chamber of Commerce, a former Rotarian, and an active volunteer at her Community Food Bank.
