Paul Czan is a real estate broker, team leader, and industry leader based in Ottawa, Ontario. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Ottawa and an MBA focused on real estate leadership, bringing a strategic and analytical approach to both client service and industry leadership.
Paul served as the youngest President of the Ottawa Real Estate Board (OREB) in 2025, representing more than 4,000 REALTORS®. During his tenure, he led through a period of significant industry change, with a focus on member engagement, governance, and long-term strategic direction.
At the national level, Paul currently serves as a Director-at-Large with the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA), contributing to key discussions shaping the future of the profession across the country. His involvement reflects a strong commitment to representing diverse market realities while advancing professionalism and value for members.
Paul has further strengthened his governance expertise by pursuing executive education with the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD), reinforcing his focus on accountability, transparency, and effective board leadership.
