Raymond Chan, MBA, FRI, CRB is the Founder and Broker of Record of Warwick Realty Group Inc., Brokerage in Toronto, specializing in mixed-use investment sales with an expertise in healthcare real estate. He brings more than 11 years of banking experience across trading, commercial real estate financing, and risk management, along with capital markets experience from a global commercial real estate brokerage, where he focused on hotel and retail transactions. Raymond holds an MBA from Warwick Business School, an Honours BA in Economics from the University of Toronto, and he teaches the Commercial Real Estate Transactions course at Humber Polytechnic. He has served as Director-at-Large at the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB), Director-at-Large at the Ontario REALTORS Care® Foundation (ORCF), Chair of the REALTOR.ca Advisory Committee, and is a three-time member of the CREA Technology Committee.
