In January 2025, REALTOR.ca transitioned into REALTOR.ca Canada Inc., a separate, taxable, wholly owned subsidiary of the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA).

During the transition, governance falls to its transition Board of Directors with operations led by Janice Myers, REALTOR.ca Canada Inc. interim CEO. As a subsidiary, REALTOR.ca Canada Inc. will remain 100% owned by REALTORS® through their membership with CREA.
