In January 2025, REALTOR.ca transitioned into REALTOR.ca Canada Inc., a separate, taxable, wholly owned subsidiary of the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA).
During the transition, governance falls to its transition Board of Directors with operations led by Patrick Pichette, REALTOR.ca Canada Inc. interim CEO. As a subsidiary, REALTOR.ca Canada Inc. will remain 100% owned by REALTORS® through their membership with CREA.

Apply for a Position on the REALTOR® Advisory Committee
As of April 2025, the Canadian Real Estate Association's (CREA) Technology Committee will be discontinued. In its place, a REALTOR® Advisory Committee will serve as an advisory body to ensure REALTOR.ca’s business strategies, policies, and product offerings align with the needs of REALTOR® members, their clients, and the real estate industry at large.
