Tracy Tapp

Tracy Tapp is the Chief People Officer at CREA. She is responsible for developing the people strategies and employee experience for the organization and has been with CREA since July 2018.
Tracy has more than 25 years of experience in human resources, working with large global companies, start-ups and mid-size, across multiple industries. Before joining CREA, Tracy held various leadership positions with ORBCOMM, Johnson Controls, Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI) and Nortel.
