Nominate a Deserving Association Executive for the AEN Award of Excellence
The nomination period for the Association Executive Network (AEN) Award of Excellence is now open!
Established in 1989, to honour the legacy of Frank Johns, the AEN Award of Excellence is presented to a deserving association executive who exemplifies professionalism, commitment, and leadership within the REALTOR® association community.
As a former Executive Vice-President of the Calgary Real Estate Board, Johns was a mentor and leader among executive officers who shared his expertise and wisdom for the betterment of the industry throughout his long career.
All senior staff members of a REALTOR® board or association who are in good standing with the AEN are eligible for the award, provided they meet the award criteria. While many recipients have been nominated near the end of their career, the AEN Award of Excellence is not considered a retirement award and is open to all those making a meaningful impact.
If you know an AE who meets the criteria, be sure to nominate them by Sunday, February 1, 2026. The award will be presented during CREA’s Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, and a $5,000 charitable donation, sponsored by CREA’s REAL TIME podcast, will be made to the award recipient’s charity of choice.
