Our Volunteer Committees
Volunteers help guide the Canadian Real Estate Association’s (CREA) work and ensure our REALTOR® members’ diverse viewpoints, values and expertise remain at the heart of our decision-making.
How to Get Involved
Each spring, following CREA’s Annual General Meeting (AGM), CREA’s Executive Committee appoints more than 70 members of the REALTOR® community (comprised of REALTORS® and board/association staff) from across Canada to volunteer positions on our board and operational committees, and task forces as needed.
CREA committees are either Board Committees that act as resources to our Board of Directors or Operational Committees that act as a resource to the CEO on important topics.
Members in good standing may apply to serve on up to four committees—up to two board committees and up to two operational committees.
All applicants must have completed Leadership 100 (L100) before applying. The course is available for free on CREA’s Learning Hub.
