There’s a good chance you’re not leveraging REALTOR.ca to its full potential.

As a REALTOR®, you own Canada’s No. 1 real estate platform, REALTOR.ca. It’s right there in the name. As a member of the Canadian Real Estate Association, you carry built-in credibility across the country. You are not simply an agent, you are a REALTOR® and that distinction comes with perks and accreditation.
Last year was a banner year for the REALTOR.ca platform in terms of visibility and growth, as we increased our online market share to 60.9%. To put that into perspective, the top three gas station brands in Canada—Esso, Petro-Canada and Shell—account for about 45% of all gas stations across the country, according to a 2024 report from Kalibrate Canada Inc.
So, yes, we own the Canadian real estate space and want to make sure we’re continuing to thrive.
In 2025, REALTOR.ca also experienced:

The power of REALTOR.ca cannot be understated, so let’s do a little experiment together. As you’re reading this, open a Google Search browser and type your name + REALTOR®. Actually, just search your name only.
Unless you share a name with Lady Gaga, chances are one of the top results you see is your REALTOR.ca profile page. That’s the brand strength of REALTOR.ca at work. Because of our site’s overall performance, your REALTOR.ca profile page gets catapulted to the top of search results, often outranking your own site or brokerage.
Now, go ahead and open that REALTOR.ca profile of yours—what do you see?
Is it an inviting page that gets into your specialties, designations, languages spoken, customer testimonials, an introductory video, your social media accounts, your listings, your office listings and your contact info? Or does it have a photo from 1995 with no information displayed? Remember, if you’re not displaying key information like this, your trustworthiness takes an immediate hit.
Think of it as your own personal curb appeal. This is the first impression you’re making with a potential lead or new client, and, on average, each REALTOR® received 130 visits to their profile page in 2025.
