REALTOR.ca Highlights for 2025: A Look at the Numbers

With more than 60% of Canadian online market share in 2025*, there’s a lot of good news to report. 

Here are the highlights of how REALTOR.ca had REALTORS®’ back in 2025. 

With the ability to search hundreds of thousands of listings in Canada, people spent an average of three minutes and 50 seconds visiting REALTOR.ca. The platform saw 633 million visits from 113 million unique visitors. 

Those visitors sure had a lot to see, with more than two billion listing page views. That’s more than two billion opportunities for REALTORS® to put their best foot forward to prospective clients. 

Even more home buyers are searching on the go, with 536,759 REALTOR.ca app downloads. The platform had 612,649 new user accounts where clients can save their favourites and set preferences.

As a member of the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA), you benefit from enhanced visibility with the Find a REALTOR® feature. Last year, the platform had more than 20 million REALTOR® profile views.
